ABOUT ME

Hello there! my name is Hayden, I’m the perfumer and business owner. I handle everything from formulating each perfume, to illustration and design. My background is in visual art and illustration but I fell in love with the art of perfumery and the transportive power of scent.

This operation is super small with me working out of a studio in my apartment. Each batch is mixed, bottled, labeled, and assembled by hand.

Fulfillment

Orders will be filled within 5 days of order, and is shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business days).

Orders to Canada are shipped via Fedex ground International due to the perfumes alcohol content. The customer will be responsible for import fee’s and you will be contacted by Canadian customs once it arrives at the border. Be sure to fill out the phone number field in shipping as customs needs that information.

Returns

Returns are accepted on unopened and unsprayed perfume bottle within 14 days of the order arriving to you. Please email me if you have any issues with you bottle as well.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped please email me and I will be happy to do so. If the order has already shipped we will have to wait for it to arrive and ship it back before I can process a refund.
